My Last Post

If anyone is still reading this blog, I am sorry. I have failed to publish regular posts.

This will be my last post for a few reasons. First of all, hardly anybody still checks up, so I feel there would be no point. Secondly, I have talked about almost everything there is to talk about rats. Lastly, as you might have guessed, both Darwin and Galileo have died. Galileo died around two years ago, peacefully, in his sleep. Darwin died last Summer, with us on a holiday in Wales, where he is also buried. He again died peacefully, in his sleep.

We have decided not to get anymore rats for the moment, as it was a heartbreaking experience when they die; they live long enough for someone to get attached to them, but then die soon after. 

If I decide to get rats in the future, I may post more. But please don't get your hopes up.

So, it seems that this is goodbye for now.

It has been a pleasure and an honor to inform, educate and please you.

p.s. There are a few unfinished drafts that I may publish in the upcoming day. THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT I AM MAKING NEW POSTS. These are all a year or two old. I will not start taking down my posts YET, but I may decide, in a year or two's time, to close down the blog forever.
